About the Mall

Marystown Mall is a well-established 91,460 sq. ft. grocery anchored enclosed mall offering a range of services to the City of Marystown and its surrounding communities located on the Burin Peninsula. The Mall boasts a diverse array of tenancies ranging from national retailers such as No Frills (Loblaws), Scotia Bank, Bank of Montreal and Government of Newfoundland & Labrador to a variety of regional and local retailers.

Located across the Marystown Hotel & Convention Center, Marystown Mall is located on the main retail and service node. Due to its strategic location, the Center and its tenants enjoy high visibility and a prominent market position.

About the City

The City of Marystown is located on the Burin Peninsula and serves as the region’s primary industrial and economic hub providing services to the offshore oil drilling, extraction and transportation industries. 

Marystown is also home to the largest off-shore fabrication facility on the South Coast and the largest fish processing plant and deep-sea fleet in the all of Newfoundland.

With the highest metropolitan population of approximately 5,500 people, Marystown, is a regional hub for over 21,000 residents living across the Burin Peninsula.
